We sell physical books. Product descriptions are provided as accurately as possible.

4. Prices
All prices are stated in CHF.

• For deliveries within Switzerland and Liechtenstein, prices include applicable Swiss VAT (reduced rate for books).
• For international orders (including EU countries), import VAT, customs duties, and handling fees may apply upon delivery and are the sole responsibility of the customer.

5. Order Process
By placing an order, you make a binding offer to purchase the selected product(s).
You will receive an order confirmation by email. This confirmation does not yet constitute acceptance of the order.

6. Payment
Payments are processed via secure third-party providers (e.g. Stripe).
The order is considered accepted once payment has been successfully completed.

7. Shipping and Delivery
Orders are shipped to the address provided by the customer.

• Delivery times are indicative and may vary.
• For international deliveries, customs clearance may cause delays.

We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers or customs authorities.

8. Returns and Refunds
Returns are accepted within 14 days of receipt, provided the product is unused, undamaged, and in its original condition.

• Items that are damaged, used, or not in their original condition are not eligible for a refund.
• Return shipping costs are borne by the customer.
• Refunds will be issued only after the returned item has been received and inspected.

9. Liability
We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages.
Our liability is limited to the value of the purchased product.
